Warranty Policy:
All Xtasy Automotive products are warranted against manufacture defects in materials and workmanship. During the 30 days warranty period Xtasy Automotive will replace at no charge. This warranty does not apply if the product is damaged by accidents, incorrect installation, and other damages caused by normal usage of the product.

Returns:

Items can be return within 30 days. If item has not been install, damage and return in original package. A 20 % restocking fee on non- detective items. Example: change of mind, order by mistake or order wrong part. Once, we received the product we will inspect the item and make sure the item has been return in resalable condition. Customer Must Paid a Returned label Shipping Back to us

Shipping:  We usually ship within 1-2 business days of placing the order. Depending on the location the package is been ship. It can take up to 1-14 days for arrival.

USPS Postal ground, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Fed Ex ground. . 

Cancel Orders:
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped  If item has been shipped customer is responsible to pay the return shipping by going to your local post office store. UPS store or FED Ex store and purchase a return label.  For cancel order that have been shipped, we don’t refund shipping.
