Payments

All orders are shipped  C.O.D., Cashier’s Check, and Money Orders only, unless arrangements have been made. For your convenience we also accept most major credit cards and to save you expensive C.O.D fees. All merchandise is shipped FOB.  Xtasy Automotive, Downey California.  

Claims & Discrepancies:

All merchandise should be check and make sure you are receiving exactly what you are signing for before the carrier leaves. All claims for shortage or shipping damage must be noted on time delivery receipt; otherwise, you are accepting the goods complete and in good conditions and the delivering carrier will not accept any claims. If you should incur any damages, file a claim immediately with the delivering carrier. Xtasy Automotive would not be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. After checking and comparing the goods against the packing slip and invoice, if any discrepancies should be reported to us immediately within five (5) days of receipt of goods.

Warranty:

We guarantee all products are to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase.  However, this warranty does not apply to products subjected to accidents, negligence, improper installation, and alterations such as welded, cut, painted and drilled. 

Shipment Refusals:

All refused shipment are subject to 10% re-stocking fee, except transit damages. You will be responsible for freight charges both ways.

Returns:

Xtasy Automotive, does not issue call tags. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number when returning merchandise. You must have invoice number, item number, quantity and reason for returning the goods or an authorization number will not be issued. This number must appear on the outside package (s) you are returning or your package (s) will be refused. All returns must be prepaid and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Returns will not be accepted ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Parts must be pre-fitted before any modifications such as sanding, painting, or installing. All merchandise will be inspected by us and we will use our best judgment in issuing credit or not.

Drop Ships:

All Drop Ship Order will have a flat fee of $10.00 added.
